These terms govern the use of aixel.solutions and of the free tools offered on it. By using the site you accept them. The AIXEL CRM subscription is governed by the AIXEL CRM subscription terms; consulting, implementation and other paid services are governed by a separate written agreement.

Content on the site describes our services and our views in general terms. It is not professional advice for your specific situation. We keep it accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or free of errors.
3. The AI & Digital Readiness assessment
The free assessment is an automated preliminary analysis based on public sources and on what you tell us. It is a starting point for a conversation, not professional advice, not a guarantee of results and not a commercial offer. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and for having the right to share it with us. Report links are private to your organisation.
4. Intellectual property
Texts, graphics, the AIXEL name and logo, reports and all other content on the site belong to AIXEL Solutions S.r.l. or its licensors. You may view the pages, quote them with a link to the source and share reports prepared for you within your organisation. Any other reproduction, distribution or derivative work requires our written consent.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site for unlawful purposes;
- attempt to breach, overload or disrupt the site, its security or the infrastructure behind it;
- copy content in bulk or harvest personal data with automated tools - search engines and AI crawlers that respect robots.txt are welcome;
- submit false information, or someone else's data without their permission.
6. Services
AIXEL CRM is bought online and governed by the AIXEL CRM subscription terms. Consulting, implementation and other paid services are provided only under a written agreement signed by both parties. Requests sent through the site do not oblige either party to enter into one.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AIXEL Solutions S.r.l. is not liable for damage arising from the use of the site, from its temporary unavailability or from decisions taken solely on the basis of its content or of a free assessment. This does not limit liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence (Article 1229 of the Italian Civil Code) or any right that consumers cannot waive.
8. Links to other sites
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or their practices.
9. Applicable law and courts
These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with businesses and professionals, the Court of Milan has exclusive jurisdiction. If you act as a consumer, the court of your place of residence or domicile is competent, as the Italian Consumer Code provides.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date shown at the top.
