Cookie Policy
Last updated: October 11, 2026
This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies aixel.solutions uses. It complements our Privacy Policy and follows the ePrivacy Directive, the GDPR and the cookie guidelines of the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali of 10 June 2021. The controller is AIXEL Solutions S.r.l., whose details are in the Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage, work the same way. Some are needed for the site to work; others, such as analytics cookies, may only be used with your consent.
2. Technical storage (always active)
These keep the site working and need no consent:
- NEXT_LOCALE - first-party cookie, deleted when you close the browser: remembers the language you chose.
- aixel-consent - first-party local storage, kept until you change your choice: remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics, so the banner does not come back on every page.
- aixel_resp_[code] - first-party local storage, only on AI & Digital Readiness questionnaire pages, kept until you clear your browser data: lets you resume your answers and holds your respondent code, name and role.
3. Statistics without cookies (always active)
Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights measure visits and page speed without storing cookies or identifiers on your device, and report aggregated figures only. Private links lose their access code before anything is sent.
4. Statistics cookies (only with your consent)
If you allow Statistics, in the banner or with Accept all, we load Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, which sets these cookies:
- _ga - distinguishes visitors; expires after 2 years.
- _ga_[ID] - keeps the state of your visit; expires after 2 years.
If you reject statistics, or make no choice, Google Analytics is not loaded and Google receives nothing. Google may process data in the United States: see section 5 of the Privacy Policy.
5. Marketing cookies
We do not use marketing, advertising or profiling cookies at the moment. If we introduce them, we will list them on this page and ask for your consent again in the banner before any is set. Links to LinkedIn and to our scheduling page on Calendly take you to those websites, which apply their own cookie policies.
6. Changing your choice
You can accept or reject all categories, or choose them one by one under Customize, at any time from Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing statistics consent switches Google Analytics off and deletes its cookies. You can also delete cookies and site data in your browser settings.
